What data we collect

Through the contact forms on this website we collect: name, email address, organisation (optional), job title (optional), and the content of your message. For capacity requests, additional technical preferences (GPU configuration, use case) are recorded.

When you request a demo, we additionally collect: name, business email address, phone number, organisation, and optionally your job title. For Government sector demo requests, we also ask for your municipality, national agency, or province.

Purpose of data processing

We process your data solely to handle your enquiry or message and to inform you about the Sovereign AI-Grid consortium. For demo requests, we use your data to contact you within 48 hours about Sovereign AI-Grid services relevant to your sector. We do not share your data with third parties.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and/or our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to respond to your request.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses Umami Analytics, a privacy-friendly and GDPR-compliant analytics platform hosted on our own European servers. Umami does not collect personal data, does not place cookies, and respects Do Not Track settings.

When you request a demo and complete the form, a functional cookie is placed (demo_access_[sector]) that is valid for 30 days. This cookie serves solely to remember your access to the demo and does not contain personal data.

Transfer to third parties

Your data is not shared with third parties and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Form data is sent via SMTP (Hostinger, EU servers) directly by email to the consortium coordinator.

Retention period

Form data is retained for a maximum of 12 months, unless an ongoing business relationship justifies a longer retention period.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Object to processing

Filing a complaint
