The Consortium
Five specialised organisations, each with proven expertise. Together we build Europe's sovereign AI infrastructure.
Man of Solutions B.V.
Consortium coordination, governance architecture, and stakeholder management. Man of Solutions is the driving force behind the consortium and responsible for strategic positioning within the EuroHPC AI Gigafactory programme. From grant applications to partner coordination — the central hub that brings all threads together.
Easy Solar Group
Emission-free energy supply through long-term PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements). Easy Solar Group ensures the entire network runs on renewable energy, with structural energy contracts that guarantee price stability and sustainability. The backbone of our carbon-negative operations.
SourceParts.eu
Hardware supply chain management and procurement. SourceParts.eu ensures reliable delivery of GPUs, servers, networking equipment, and all critical components. Through direct relationships with manufacturers and strategic inventory management, they minimise lead times and guarantee network continuity.
Desert.Solutions
Engineering, 3D visualisation, and technical services. Desert.Solutions translates complex technical designs into concrete realisation plans. From site engineering to thermal modelling and visual presentations for stakeholders — the bridge between design and execution.
TripleDefence
Security and sovereign protection. TripleDefence brings security expertise into the consortium — with its SATO and APEX sovereign-protection solutions — so that the network's infrastructure and data stay demonstrably resilient and under European control.
ThermoIT
Cooling and thermal management. ThermoIT optimises the cooling and energy efficiency (PUE) of the compute modules and makes the residual heat usable — the basis for capturing and reusing heat, for example in district heating or desalination.
Nixpay B.V.
Operating entity and commercial-legal platform. Sovereign AI-Grid operates under Nixpay B.V. — responsible for contracting, invoicing and the commercial and legal backbone of the network.
Three countries, one network
A cross-border federated network of AI compute factories, built within the EuroHPC AI Gigafactory programme.
Netherlands
Primary site
Operational network of sites adjacent to greenhouse horticulture. Residual heat replaces natural gas — carbon-negative by design.
Belgium
Verviers
ORES grid connection contracted. Strategic location for Western European connectivity and redundancy.
Germany
Partner being recruited
Expansion to Germany for maximum resilience and pan-European coverage of the network.
