Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SovereignAI Grid's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Dutch and EU laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Definitions

  • Company - SovereignAI Grid B.V., a Dutch limited liability company (B.V.) established under Dutch law
  • Services - AI infrastructure, consulting, and partnership services provided by SovereignAI Grid
  • User - any individual or entity accessing or using our services

Description of Services

SovereignAI Grid provides AI infrastructure and related services including:

  • AI computing infrastructure and model training capabilities
  • Technical consulting and AI strategy services
  • Research and commercial partnership opportunities

User Obligations

Users must:

  • Comply with all applicable Dutch and EU laws, including GDPR
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Not use services for prohibited or harmful purposes

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services remain with SovereignAI Grid or our licensors. Users retain ownership of their data and models, subject to our processing requirements and applicable law.

Data Processing

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data processing agreements. All processing complies with GDPR and is conducted within EU jurisdiction to ensure data sovereignty.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Dutch law. We provide services on an 'as-is' basis and disclaim warranties to the extent legally permissible, while maintaining statutory consumer protections under EU law.

Termination

Either party may terminate these terms with reasonable notice. Termination procedures will comply with Dutch contract law and any applicable cooling-off periods under EU consumer protection directives.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in Dutch courts, with alternative dispute resolution available as provided under EU consumer protection regulations.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with appropriate notice as required by Dutch law. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms, subject to your right to terminate if you disagree.
